About the role
The work spans consulting, solution design and project management.
You'll work directly with clients to understand how their businesses operate, identify opportunities for AI and design solutions that improve how they operate. This means asking the right questions, challenging existing workflows and turning complex business problems into concrete AI projects.
You'll also manage projects from initial discovery through to delivery, working closely with our engineers and clients. You'll be responsible for defining scope and priorities, managing timelines and client relationships, coordinating implementation and ensuring projects are delivered successfully.
Our clients and projects vary significantly, so you'll regularly need to understand new industries, business processes and technologies. You'll need a strong understanding of technology to assess what's feasible, work closely with engineers and make informed decisions throughout delivery.
You will take ownership of your own projects early on, with considerable freedom in how you approach problems and responsibility for driving them forward.
