Lennart co-founded Arcas and leads AI strategy, solution design and technical delivery, from the first use-case workshop through to production systems. Lennart holds an MSc in Computational Finance from UCL and a BSc in Mathematics from TUM.
Chiara co-founded Arcas and shapes the implementation strategy and system architecture behind our client engagements. Chiara holds an MSc in Computational Finance from UCL and a BSc in Management & Technology from TUM.
Adrien leads the technical build of AI workflows, agentic systems and deployment solutions at Arcas. Adrien holds an MSc in Computational Biology and a BSc in Biology, both from ETH Zürich.
Yuqing designs the system architecture, integrations and EU-hosted infrastructure behind our deployments. Yuqing holds an MSc in Computational Science from the University of Zürich and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai.
Nicolas works on technical product design and workflow implementation, turning real business processes into working AI systems. Nicolas holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from TUM and an MSc in Management from LSE.
Rachel focuses on model evaluation, data analysis and output validation, making sure our systems hold up in daily use. Rachel holds an MSc in Computational Finance from UCL and a BSc in Mathematics from Glasgow.
Umut works on machine learning and agentic systems at Arcas. He has researched machine learning and VR at the University of Luxembourg, contributed to the MOMAland reinforcement learning framework in collaboration with the Farama Foundation, and holds an MSc and BSc in Computer Science.
Sophie leads brand, content and market positioning for Arcas. Sophie holds an MSc in E-Marketing from IAE Montpellier and a BSc in Media Studies from Hamburg.
