Future of Work·2 May 2026
AI that empowers teams instead of replacing judgement
The most successful AI deployments we have seen share a pattern: they make experienced people faster and new people better, instead of trying to replace either.
That requires understanding the real workflow, including the documents, tools, decisions, exceptions and responsibilities behind it, before writing a line of code.
The design question is never "what can the model do?" but "where should AI assist, where should rules decide, and where must human judgement stay in control?". Encoding those boundaries explicitly is what makes a system trustworthy in daily use.
Teams adopt AI when it respects their expertise. That is a design choice, and it is the one we optimise for.
